Our Story

One Friday afternoon, while watching a sole practitioner struggle through her end-of-day tasks, our founder saw firsthand the heavy workload small businesses carry.

That moment sparked a mission: to design smarter workflows that simplify operations and automate repetitive tasks.
Driven by a passion for systematic problem-solving and a belief that small businesses deserve powerful, easy-to-use tools, CustSoft began taking shape.
As more entrepreneurs shared the same challenges, the vision grew.

In July 2025, CustSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd was officially incorporated, dedicated to helping businesses work faster, operate smarter, and regain valuable time to focus on what truly matters.

Mali is a full-stack developer who has been coding since his teenage years. Since 2014, he has worked on enterprise-level software, gaining extensive experience in system architecture and DevOps. He brings a deep technical understanding and a passion for building scalable, reliable solutions.
